Respect for others - Respect for oneself and for others does not allow any form of cheating (disrespect of the course, use of doping substances etc.). Checks will be carried out at several points along the course. Participants must also respect the volunteers, the organisation and the partners who organise or help to organise the race for the sake of it. Finally, respect for the local population who host this event should not be forgotten.

Respect the environment - Each participant is asked to pay particular attention to respecting the environment and to use the bins provided at the start, finish and refreshment points. It is obviously forbidden to throw paper and other waste on the course. In case of non-respect of the environment, the organisation reserves the right to disqualify the disrespectful participant.

It is strongly advised to use public transport and carpooling to get around before and after the race.

Respect the rules of the road - The rules of the road must be scrupulously respected throughout the course. Participants must obey the instructions of the police officers who ensure their safety.

Only runners with an ING Route du Vin 2023 half marathon bib number will be allowed to start the half marathon.

Bib numbers are personal and non-transferable.

Bib numbers must be worn visibly on the chest so that the number and the advertising can be seen in full.

Runners without a bib number or runners wearing their bib number on their back will not be allowed to start.

Please do not forget to write the necessary information on the back of your Bib to help us as soon as possible in case of emergency.

The timing will be done by means of a chip integrated in the bib number.

The bib number with integrated chip will be included in your start documents.

You may not use a personal chip. Without a bib number/chip, there will be no timing and no classification.

It is absolutely necessary to pass the mats provided for this purpose (at the start and at the finish).

A checkpoint will be held at the turnaround point.

Failure to pass the control points will result in the systematic disqualification of the runner.

Runners must run within 2h45 minutes. Last official timing: 13h00.

In case of bad weather conditions, the race organizer reserves the right to modify the course and/or extend the time limits.

In the case of a storm, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the races. In this case participants are not entitled to compensation.
