Exact distance: Half marathon (21.098 km) and 5 km course certified by AIMS

​

Organizer: UrbanTrail de Luxembourg a.s.b.l. + City of Remich + FLA

Registration: Name registrations must be submitted by the club no later than Monday, 21 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. to the organizing club UrbanTrail de Luxembourg a.s.b.l. via email: contact@routeduvin.lu. Late registrations close 24 hours before the start of the championship. In addition to registration through the club, athletes must also register individually according to the registration procedures defined for the race with the organizer.

Qualification: Only Cadet/Junior/U23/Senior male and female athletes holding a valid competition license are allowed to compete. The title of champion can only be awarded to athletes of Luxembourg nationality. The 2nd and 3rd places on the podium are subject to the same condition. If the first-place athlete in these categories is of foreign nationality, he/she will receive the title “Federation Champion”. The same applies for the 2nd and 3rd places of the open podium.

Clothing: Athletes must wear their club’s official uniform. The bib number and timing chip will be provided by the organizer. Athletes holding an individual FLA license must wear neutral clothing without advertising.

Changing rooms: Swimming pool in Remich.

Classifications:

a) Individual ranking for men and women.
b) Men’s interclub ranking based on the sum of the 3 best net times.
c) Women’s interclub ranking based on the sum of the 3 best net times.

For the interclub rankings mentioned above, foreign athletes are only eligible if the following condition is met:
For U23/Senior categories, the athlete must have been affiliated with the FLA for at least 1 year.
To be eligible for the interclub champion title, the team may include only one foreign athlete who meets the above conditions.

Call room: Athletes registered for the National Championship must confirm their participation at the call room no later than 45 minutes before the scheduled start.

​

Liability: The organizer and the Luxembourg Athletics Federation decline all responsibility in case of accident, illness, or theft occurring before, during, or after the race.

​

Refreshments: Refreshments outside the official aid stations are not allowed. Waste zones designated by the organizer must be respected.

​

Miscellaneous: Athletes registered for the National Championship are allowed to start in a starting block behind the elite.

​

Protests: Any protest concerning the result or the conduct of the race must be submitted on site in writing to the federal referee within 30 minutes after the official announcement of the results. Any other protest must be submitted in writing to the FLA no later than 15 days after the event.

​

Data protection: Personal information provided by participants is used by the organizer and the FLA exclusively for the preparation of start and finish lists.
