FAQ
Can I sell my bib?
You may offer exchanges via our Facebook page. It is strictly forbidden to sell or trade a bib for money. A name change can be made when collecting the bib, subject to a fee. The name printed on the bib cannot be changed.
Didn’t receive the confirmation email?
Please check your spam folder. If your name appears on the list of participants, your registration has been successfully recorded. A new confirmation email cannot be sent. The official bib numbers will be sent by email before the race. Otherwise, you will be able to collect your bib on site with an ID card.
How can I obtain an invoice?
Invoices must be requested in the system during the order and registration process. Please note: we are unable to create or send invoices afterwards if you did not select this option during checkout. No invoices are issued for individual registrations, and it is not possible to provide one later. As proof of payment, please use the receipt provided by your payment method.
How can I modify my registration?
Modifications are possible within a limited timeframe – both online and on site:
Online modifications: Changes (distance, name, email, bib transfer) can be made via the participant list under the “Contact” tab. Deadline: 25.08.2026. After this date, no online changes will be possible, as bibs will already be printed and personalized.
On-site modifications: Changes can be made when collecting your bib - just Friday! On Saturday and Sunday, no changes are possible.
-
Distance change fee: €5
-
Personal information change fee: €3
If the new race is more expensive, the price difference must be paid. If the new race is cheaper, no refund will be given.
The name printed on the bib cannot be changed.
How are the registration fees calculated?
Our race is organized by a non-profit association and not by a commercial organizer. The registration fees are primarily used to cover the costs related to the event: permits, equipment, electricity, water, T-shirts, bags, bibs, timing, and refreshments. A portion of the proceeds also helps support the many volunteers from other associations—such as sports clubs, music groups, or youth organizations. In this way, several organizations benefit from the initiative. The goal of our race is not profit, but to create a unique event centered on movement, sharing, and joy.
I am ill or injured — can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no refunds are possible within 4 weeks of the event. The easiest solution is to pass your bib number on to a friend or family member. The name change can then be done on site when collecting the bib, for a small fee. As a non-profit organization, the entry fees are used solely to cover expenses and to support volunteers, associations, and partner organizations involved. Please consider your contribution as support for their work and projects. We thank you for your understanding.
I am not old enough yet — can I still participate?
Unfortunately, no exceptions are possible. We must comply with current legislation as well as the specific safety and age requirements applicable to trail races. These rules are essential to ensure the safety and physical condition of all participants. Even with parental permission, participation is therefore not possible. However, we will be happy to see you again in a few years, when you are officially eligible to take the start!
I couldn’t find an answer to my question here.
If you haven’t found an answer to your question in our FAQ or the Runners Handbook, feel free to send us an email at support(at)routeduvin.lu. In general, you will receive a reply within one week. If you do not receive an answer, your question is probably already answered in the Runners Handbook.
