Changes can only be made on the day you collect your race number on site (exept sunday). Each change costs 3€. If the price for the race is higher, you will have to pay the difference. If it is lower, we will not be able to refund you. ATTENTION: NO changes anymore on race day! If you need a change (distance, name, ..), do it the days before.

Your race number can also be picked up by a friend. The person must show your number (which will be sent to you by email) and a copy of your ID card. It is also possible to collect it on the same day before the race. However, please be at the venue at least one hour before the start.

The time limit for the half-marathon is 2:30:00 minutes. Last official timing at 12:00. Time limit for the 10 km is 2:00:00. The time limit for the 5 km is 1:00:00.

There is a refreshment station every 5km. Drinking water is available at every aid station (km 5, 10, 15 and 20).

You can offer them on our Facebook page. It is strictly forbidden to trade your race number for payment at another location. Changing the name in the system is possible on the day you collect your race number. This will cost €3. The printed name on the race number can no longer be changed!

We will refund 75% of the entry fee. For reimbursement, please submit a copy of your medical certificate stating that you are unable to participate. Please also provide us with your bank details.

You will receive an email with your start and collection number a few days before the race. You must have these and your ID ready for the pick up.
