1 Benefits for groups:

• Groups of more than 10 people benefit from a 10% discount.

• Group registration via a link that will be sent to you after completing the form.

• Group collection of bibs and backpacks

• Payment by invoice 1 week before the event

• A contact person and an interlocutor per company

 

2 Registrations:

• Registrations must be made within the company by a primary contact.

• Registration will close on 7.9.2025.

• Subsequently, no new registrations can be made by the group.

 

3 Before the race:

• All bibs will be grouped and distributed one week before the event. (22.9. Auchan Shopping Center, Kirchberg – from 11h00 to 14h00 or  26.9. between 9:00 - 18.00 h). This gives you the opportunity to distribute bibs within the company the week before the event. The location and date will be determined later.

• Bib numbers of a group will only be handed out together. Runners in a group cannot collect their race number individually.

 

4 Payment:

• Fixed administrative costs of 15 euros are charged per group.

• You will receive an invoice at your company address after registration, to be paid within 14 days.
